The problem
The sustainable options weren't affordable for everyone, and some didn't keep their promise.
Most pads and tampons are made of plastic that ends up in landfills, and beyond the waste, the financial and health implications for women are significant. Reusable period underwear existed, but mostly as imported brands: expensive, often unclear about their materials (some were even found to contain heavy metals like lead), and shipped from far away, which cut into the benefit of reusing them. So the question was: how might we make periods sustainable, for everyone, here?
Pads and tampons in one lifetime
~15,000
That's roughly what one person uses.
Most are made of plastic that can take up to 800 years to break down.
Period underwear designed and made in Chile, sold online and through retailers, with one donated to a woman in need for every five sold.
Our ethos

How the shop works
The headline promises underwear for all tastes and bodies. Right under it, you pick high or medium flow, then the best sellers. A strip of promises runs across the top, like how many times you can wash them.
